We value nurturing relationships, emotional bonding, and knowledge construction through meaningful experiences, respecting each child's individual pace and uniqueness. **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan, and coordinate the school’s pedagogical activities; * Develop, monitor, and evaluate the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP); * Supervise weekly lesson planning; * Monitor and guide child assessment processes; * Organize ongoing professional development sessions and pedagogical meetings for staff; * Build strong partnerships with families by actively listening, offering support, and providing guidance to caregivers; * Participate in administrative, pedagogical, and individual follow-up meetings; * Manage teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative and welcoming work environment; * Ensure compliance with the Brazilian National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), the National Education Guidelines and Framework Law (LDB), and other legal frameworks governing early childhood education; * Mediate potential conflicts and propose solutions that prioritize the well-being of children and staff; * Represent the school before regulatory bodies, council meetings, and institutional events; * Collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure smooth overall school operations. **Desired Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy; * Postgraduate degree in School Management, Pedagogical Coordination, or related fields (preferred); * Proven experience in management and pedagogical coordination within early childhood education; * Up-to-date knowledge of the BNCC, contemporary pedagogical practices, and child-centered approaches; * Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and leadership ability; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and systemic thinking; * Commitment to the educational mission and to the holistic development of children.
