Payroll Department Coordinator

Description

Main responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor all Payroll Department routines together with the third-party company responsible for payroll processing * Management of approximately 20 CNPJs * Administration and control of approximately 15 PJ contracts * Verification and validation of payroll, labor charges, vacations, terminations, admissions, and benefits * Management and verification of payroll variables: overtime hours, allowances, hour banks, commissions, bonuses, and allocations * Ensure compliance and correct submission of ancillary obligations: eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and other legal routines * Control and verification of vacation and 13th salary provisions * Direct involvement in payroll accounting and interface with the accounting department * Support internal and external audits * Prepare managerial reports and area indicators * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation * Identify opportunities for improvement and internal process structuring Requirements * Solid experience in coordinating Payroll Departments * Experience managing multiple CNPJs and more complex operations * Advanced knowledge of eSocial * Strong expertise in vacation and 13th salary provisions * Experience in payroll accounting * Knowledge of payroll variables, commissions, allocations, and labor charge closing * Experience administering PJ contracts * Organized, analytical, resilient profile with a sense of urgency * Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with suppliers, accounting departments, and leadership Differentiators * Experience with outsourced payroll * Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting integration * Experience within corporate groups or medium-to-large enterprises Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$8\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance Work location: On-site
