All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; monitor and evaluate OHS performance; identify variables related to disease control, accidents, quality of life, and environmental protection; develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; participate in expert assessments and inspections and contribute to negotiation processes; participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; document OHS activities; investigate and analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; act in accordance with the Environmental Management System Policy; ensure compliance with objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System applicable to the area; perform tasks as defined in operational controls; suggest improvements to departmental activities; alert supervisors/responsible personnel upon observing non-conformities; comply with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards; contribute to the company’s socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in matters related to the environment and occupational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor * Minimum 6 months of experience in related roles (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of occupational safety applied to logistics; Regulatory Standards (NRs) **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories — gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected with You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family, including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more — available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
