Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns If you are passionate about promoting safe working environments, have a keen eye for risks, and believe prevention is an essential tool, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Safety policies, standards, and programs, ensuring compliance with current legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments in administrative and operational areas, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing technical reports, analyzing root causes, and monitoring the implementation of action plans; * Conduct site visits to stores and operational units, ensuring appropriate occupational health and safety conditions in the workplace; * Plan, develop, and deliver training sessions, onboarding programs, and awareness campaigns focused on accident prevention and promotion of a safety culture; * Monitor and ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation, promoting continuous updates to internal practices; * Support managers and teams in disseminating safety best practices and strengthening a preventive culture, among other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in Occupational Safety; * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable labor legislation; * Experience in identification, analysis, and mitigation of occupational risks; * Practical experience in developing and delivering training sessions and awareness initiatives; * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented focus; * Availability to work externally. **Come spice up your career with us!** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
