Job Summary: Responsible for supporting waitstaff to ensure fast customer service, organization of the dining area, order delivery, and cleaning of tables and the dining area to enhance the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to waitstaff for fast and organized service. 2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area. 3. Teamwork and proactivity to optimize service. Responsible for directly supporting waitstaff to ensure fast service and organization of the dining area. Handles order delivery, restocking of utensils, and cleaning of tables and the dining area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist waitstaff with customer service; * Retrieve orders from the kitchen and bar and deliver them promptly; * Keep tables clean and organized before, during, and after service; * Restock cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other utensils; * Assist in setting up and dismantling the dining area (tables and chairs); * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, corridors, and service zones; * Communicate any customer needs or requests to the responsible waitstaff.
