We are a dynamic space combining a café, coworking area, and small retail shop! What you will learn in practice: * Cafeteria kitchen operations and process organization; * Menu development and creation of new products; * Preparation of technical sheets and cost control; * Production of items for resale in the retail shop. Available Positions: \- Cold Kitchen / Assembly: Focus on speed and dish finishing. \- Pastry: For those with interest or experience in the confectionery field.
