We are seeking a Senior Personnel Administration Analyst to support Personnel Department routines and ensure compliance with labor obligations and internal HR processes.

We are looking for a **Senior Personnel Administration Analyst** to work at the **Qualistage** unit, supporting Personnel Department routines and ensuring proper compliance with labor obligations and internal HR processes.
***Work Mode: 100% On-site***
**Main Responsibilities**
* Management of onboarding documents (employment contracts, ASO, and mandatory documentation).
* Processing **batch terminations of intermittent employees**.
* Management and monitoring of **employee leaves of absence**.
* Payroll-related data entry and support for payroll routines.
* Calculation and control of **payments to intermittent employees**.
* Support in organizing and documenting **company events (internal and external)**.
* HR support to the **Qualistage branch**.
* Interface and support to **Corporate HR**.
* Maintenance and monitoring of the **unit’s time tracking system**.
* Conducting **onboarding for new employees**.
* Support to the **Qualistage unit’s Accreditation team**.
**Requirements**
* Experience with **all Personnel Administration routines** (vacations, terminations, onboarding, payroll, and leaves of absence).
* Knowledge of **labor and legal documentation** (PCMSO, ASO, PPRA, labor declarations, CND, eSocial, and support during labor hearings).
* **Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency** (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
* Organized, responsible profile with strong interpersonal skills across various departments.
Compensation: R$4.300,00 - R$4.500,00 per month
