Availability to work in shifts and on a 4x4 schedule **Job Description Summary** =========================== Machining Process Operator I**Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:** * Primary responsibility is CNC and conventional machining; capable of performing both simple and complex machining operations. * Knowledge of CNC programming. * Support other repair-related activities as needed. * Handling and organization of tools and precision measuring instruments. * Handling, cleaning, protecting, preserving, storing, and transporting machined parts. * Cleaning and maintenance of equipment. * Reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings. * Industrial measurement. * Completion of technical instructions as applicable. * Knowledge of different service levels. * Verification of all process parameters to ensure quality in accordance with applicable documents. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Mechanical training, fitting, lathe, milling, or related courses and/or experience as a machining mechanic. * Experience in machining – CNC. * Availability to work on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift and on a 4x4 schedule. **Desired Qualifications:** * Proactivity. * Positive attitude. * Good interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a team. * Sense of organization. * Strong communication skills.
