Strong interpersonal skills and dynamism Supermarket chain hiring an HR Analyst/Assistant (with prior experience in supermarkets or retail companies). 1 OPEN POSITION **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \* Screen resumes via online platforms and printed CVs to identify candidates matching the company's job requirements; \* Invite candidates to participate in the company's selection process, applying appropriate techniques such as interviews, tests, and psychological assessments to facilitate final evaluation and hiring; \* Conduct new employee onboarding; \* Conduct exit interviews; \* Perform administrative tasks within the HR department; \* Refer candidates to the agency for contract formalization; \* Prepare badge materials during the last week of each month and submit them to the badge production company; \* Carry out Training and Development activities (including on-site follow-up); \* Conduct periodic visits to our branches. **Desired Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Prior experience in supermarkets or retail companies.
