Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS **Job Description*** Oversee the Housekeeping department, covering organization, cleaning, and maintenance of hotel apartments and public areas (social and service), guiding the team, prioritizing and assigning tasks, and resolving relevant operational issues. * Manage procurement, maintenance, and inventory of uniforms and linens. * Maintain contact with suppliers—receiving them, familiarizing yourself with their products, evaluating offered advantages, preparing quotations, and executing purchases upon supervisor approval. * Supervise laundry operations (external or internal). * Participate in the annual budget preparation jointly with the supervisor, and monitor Actual vs. Budget performance. * Oversee hotel décor maintenance—including upholstery, floriculture, and art objects. * Control Housekeeping department procurement, verifying product types, prices, quantities, etc., correcting discrepancies as needed, and validating with management where required. * Liaise with other departments to resolve various matters related to Housekeeping operations. * Manage the “Lost & Found” process, ensuring proper delivery to guests or final destination while adhering to prescribed retention timelines. * Ensure achievement of targets stipulated in the management contract. * Ensure implementation of the department’s “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Coordinate the team under your responsibility—selecting, training, evaluating performance, and enhancing staff motivation levels. * Manage staffing—including hiring, termination, shift scheduling, rotation, time banking, vacation planning, and other HR responsibilities—as well as team sizing, and defining service time and quality standards for staff under your supervision. * Perform other related duties as required by departmental needs. **Qualifications*** Completed undergraduate degree * Flexible working hours * Strong communication skills **Additional Information** Ensure availability of clean and well-organized apartments, as well as organized and clean public areas, in compliance with brand-required quality standards.
