Participating in creditors' meetings and negotiations A company specialized in Judicial Administration, with significant expertise in judicial recoveries and bankruptcies, is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its team. The professional will directly manage complex proceedings, draft strategic legal documents, and interact with clients and other stakeholders involved in such procedures. Main Responsibilities * Acting as Judicial Administrator in judicial recovery and bankruptcy proceedings; * Drafting strategic procedural documents; * Monitoring procedural progress and managing deadlines; * Analyzing judicial recovery plans and debt restructuring strategies; * Participating in general creditors' meetings and negotiations; * Preparing legal reports and opinions. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Experience in judicial recovery and bankruptcy; * Experience drafting complex procedural documents; * Knowledge of applicable legislation, Law No. 11\.101/2005 (Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy Law); * Organizational skills, analytical ability, and strong legal writing proficiency; Preferred Qualification * Postgraduate degree or specialization in corporate law, corporate recovery, or insolvency.
