Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring CCTV, conducting patrols, controlling access, recording incidents, and taking preventive action in risky or emergency situations to ensure safety. Emergency response and security management ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for monitoring images from the CCTV system to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external company areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls the entry of people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized access. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, informing supervisors of any abnormalities or risks. Identifies and proactively addresses accident risks or situations compromising safety. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, accidents), contacts competent services and acts to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers according to internal policies. Collaborates with other security professionals in more complex operations. This position requires constant attention, responsibility, good communication skills, quick decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Preferred qualifications: Additional courses in security. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. * Attention to detail and constant vigilance * Good verbal and written communication * Quick decision-making in risky situations * Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics * Teamwork ability and discretion * Preferably residing in the West Zone or downtown * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer knowledge (use of monitoring systems, report filling, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Night Shift Premium (if working night shift) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
