Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering accredited by the MEC, in one of the following fields: Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Design / Industrial Drawing.
Professional Experience* Experience in technical leadership of technological development and innovation projects.
* Experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary projects within applied research, engineering, product development, and/or technological institutes.
* Involvement in medium- and high-complexity engineering projects encompassing development, validation, prototyping, and industrialization of technological solutions.
* Practical experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Electronics; Mechanics; Automation; Materials; Industrial Design / Product Development.
* Experience interacting with industrial clients, gathering technical requirements, and defining engineering solutions.
* Experience in technical leadership of project schedules, risks, costs, and deliverables.
* Preferred experience in securing and executing projects funded by funding agencies, industry, or innovation programs.
1st Area of Knowledge* Project management (Agile, Scrum, or equivalent methodologies).
* Development and integration of multidisciplinary engineering solutions.
* Preparation and analysis of technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports.
* Technical planning, requirement definition, and monitoring of validations and tests.
* Engineering tools applicable to the relevant fields of expertise.
* Knowledge of industrial processes, manufacturing, prototyping, and technological validation.
* Critical analysis of technical performance, reliability, quality, and feasibility of solutions.
* Familiarity with technical standards, engineering best practices, and safety principles applied to technological development.
* Technical English for reading, interpreting, and preparing technical documentation.
