Job Summary:
An HR professional responsible for managing onboarding, offboarding, benefits, training, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, and organizational climate.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
Must be at least 18 years old;
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Intermediate computer skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and monitor activities and controls related to onboarding, offboarding, vacations, termination obligations, benefits, and labor liabilities;
* Support employees by clarifying doubts and resolving issues related to these processes. Implement training and personnel development initiatives; conduct recruitment and selection; maintain the performance evaluation system, internal communication, and SMO controls;
* Conduct behavioral profile mapping and organizational climate surveys as required by contractual obligations;
* Monitor job classification and salary plans; develop benefit plans; promote quality-of-life initiatives and employee assistance programs, etc.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
