Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***JUNIOR COMMUNICATION ANALYST \- DESIGNER*** **are:** * Support the creation of digital assets (e\-mail marketing, presentations, landing pages, and other institutional materials); * Develop layouts aligned with brand manuals and departmental strategic guidelines; * Create key visuals (KVs) for campaigns and projects; * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and generate creative insights; * Create images, asset variations, and mockups with support from generative AI tools; * Organize and maintain an up\-to\-date visual asset library; * Collaborate with Communication teams and their clients in campaign development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign), Canva, and SharePoint; * Basic knowledge of design for internal communications, social media, and digital media; * Fundamental knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory; * Basic knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.); * Interest in exploring creative automation and AI\-driven process optimization; * Preferred: experience with editing tools featuring AI capabilities (Adobe with Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.); * Desirable: basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut or similar). **Additional Information** Work Location: Montreal \- Barra da Tijuca Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible options between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. **At YDUQS you’ll find:** * **Full tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
