Job Summary: Implementation Consultant to deliver solutions and support customer success in using the SoftExpert solution, ensuring smooth and efficient configuration of the SE Suite. Focus on BPM (Business Process Management) Description: * Bachelor's degree in Technology-related fields (completed or currently pursuing); * Experience with software and/or ERP implementation; * Knowledge of databases (SQL, Procedures, Views, etc.); * Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP); * Knowledge of web service integrations (SOAP, UI, REST); * Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM). You will stand out if you have: * Advanced/Fluent English and/or Spanish; * Extension courses in project management or related areas; * Familiarity with SoftExpert portfolio products (SE Suite) or competing solutions; * Knowledge of quality management. This position is exclusively for candidates located in Rio de Janeiro The mission of the Implementation Consultant is to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs using our software, and to support customers during their initial adoption phase to ensure successful use of the SE Suite. It is essential that the candidate proactively removes potential barriers, facilitates system implementation, and institutionalizes the use of the solution to maximize software benefits. To achieve this, it is critical to apply industry best practices within the customer’s specific context and fully understand business rules, thereby ensuring smooth SE Suite configuration and efficient, effective customer support.
