Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Talentos is seeking an organized, analytical professional capable of transforming operational needs into functional digital solutions for one of our clients. The position requires someone who understands business rules, data, KPIs, operational workflows, and can translate these into systems usable by both internal teams and customers. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, adjust, and maintain internal systems of Focon Engenharia; * Support the evolution of modules; * Create and adjust screens, components, cards, forms, modals, dashboards, and operational workflows; * Work with technologies used by tools such as Lovable and Claude, especially React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and integration with Supabase; * Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards; * Structure databases for quality, inspection, productivity, incident, time-tracking, and project performance indicators; * Develop routines for importing and processing Excel spreadsheets; * Create rules for data validation, cleansing, and standardization; * Support integrations among systems, databases, APIs, and automation tools; * Use AI, Lovable, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate development, code review, technical prompt creation, and documentation; * Fix bugs, review code, optimize queries, and reduce unnecessary consumption in Supabase; * Document features, workflows, business rules, and technical processes; * Support the implementation of new features requested by management; * Provide technical guidance to the area's intern. **Requirements:** * Experience as a full-stack or front-end developer with basic back-end knowledge; * Practical knowledge of React; * Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS; * Knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, charts, filters, and table relationships; * Experience with databases; * Familiarity with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or a similar relational database; * Ability to understand business rules and translate them into systems; * Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, data import, and dataset processing; * Organizational skills to document developed work; * Proficiency in using AI tools for development; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Computer Science, Bachelor's Degree * Computer Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Transportation Allowance
