Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** An organized professional with strong analytical and planning skills who fosters a collaborative environment, teamwork, and consistent feedback practices. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Collecting and analyzing data; * Visualizing this data through charts, dashboards, and visual reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to facilitate stakeholders’ understanding of the data; * Generating insights to support data-driven strategic decision-making; * Making data understandable and actionable for various audiences, including analysts, stakeholders, and executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge in** * Data collection, analysis, and visualization; * Data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); * Chart development, dashboard creation, and visual report generation; * Understanding stakeholder requirements; * Data manipulation in spreadsheets and databases (Synapse Analytics); * Interpretation of data analysis results; * Communication of insights derived from data; * Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams; * Basic knowledge of database query and manipulation languages (e.g., SQL); * Understanding of business and strategy concepts; * Development and interpretation of KPIs (Financial, HR, Sales, Accounting, etc). **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python); * Experience in statistical and predictive modeling; * Experience in automating data analysis processes; * Knowledge of Databricks for data transformation and analysis. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, hybrid mode \- Santo Cristo, Rio de Janeiro/RJ. **NOTE:** Hey!
