We are seeking a professional to manage the Technical Assistance area, focusing on post\-construction customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, delivery quality, and deadline compliance. Main Responsibilities * Manage customer service by coordinating the receipt, analysis, and resolution of technical service requests * Structure and monitor service workflows, prioritizing requests based on criticality and deadlines * Monitor service execution until completion, ensuring technical quality and compliance * Coordinate internal teams and third-party service providers * Evaluate supplier performance and promote standardization of service processes * Plan and supervise technical inspections of residential units during handover and warranty periods * Prepare technical reports and validate the legitimacy of requests * Manage project warranties, control deadlines, and support the legal department in related matters * Mitigate risks by proposing improvements based on analysis of recurring incidents * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators (response time, resolution time, recurrence rate, and costs) * Maintain coordination with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Legal departments Requirements * Experience in Technical Assistance, post\-construction, or related fields within civil construction * Knowledge of customer service processes and technical service request management * Analytical ability and decision-making skills * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing suppliers and third-party teams * Familiarity with performance indicators and continuous improvement * Knowledge of construction pathologies
