




**Basic Profile** \- Completed high school; **Professional Profile:** \- Solid experience in operational management of **restaurants** or **fast food** \- MANDATORY; \- Experience in ensuring product and service quality; \- Experience in managing performance indicators and leading teams to achieve targets and objectives; \- Strong leadership and team mobilization experience; \- Experience in supply chain management; \- Experience in developing work schedules and familiarity with restaurant management software / delivery management software; \- Flexibility and availability regarding working hours (the candidate must be available to cover other management team members’ vacations) \- MANDATORY **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate the operation of the Business Unit, being directly responsible for its operational/financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction through the provision of high-quality products and services, in accordance with organizational standards and objectives. **General Conditions:** \- Compensation: R$ 3,300.00 \- Fixed salary; no commission; \- Transportation allowance; \- On-site meals; \- Monday to Sunday, including holidays (one day off per week / one Sunday per month); \- Standard working hours: 8:00 AM–4:20 PM / 12:00 PM–8:20 PM \- Rotating during the week, according to the work schedule. \- Work location: Niterói \- Downtown / Icaraí \- Rotating during the week, according to the work schedule.
