




Restaurant operating group is seeking a professional to share in its success by joining its operational management team: **RESTAURANT MANAGER** **Basic Profile** \- High school diploma required; **Professional Profile:** \- Solid experience in operational management of **restaurants or fast food** \- MANDATORY; \- Experience ensuring product and service quality; \- Experience working with performance indicators and leading teams to achieve targets and objectives; \- Strong leadership and team motivation experience; \- Experience in supply chain management; \- Experience in creating work schedules and familiarity with restaurant management software / delivery management; \- Flexible and available work hours (candidate must be available to cover vacations of other management team members) \- MANDATORY **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate the operation of the business unit, being directly responsible for its operational and financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction through the provision of high-quality products and services according to the organization's standards and objectives. **General Conditions:** \- Compensation: BRL 3,300.00 \- Fixed salary, no commission; \- Transportation allowance; \- Meals provided on-site; \- Monday to Sunday, including holidays (1 day off per week / 1 Sunday off per month); \- Base shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM / 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM \- Rotating throughout the week according to the work schedule; \- Work location: Niterói \- Downtown / Icaraí \- Rotating throughout the week according to the work schedule. \- Candidates whose resumes are pre-selected by our team will be invited for interviews by November 21, 2025.
