Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in developing the annual plan for quality management system-related activities; coordinate the identification and analysis of existing procedures; * Coordinate, plan, and monitor services related to evaluating the quality of treated and distributed water, as well as effluents from wastewater treatment plants, through laboratory analyses; * Manage the area under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and human resources; * Operate company vehicles when required for external service assignments, observing traffic safety regulations and established norms. * Promote compliance with Sustainability (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health) standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Experience in quality control; * Experience in laboratory management; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in budget management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Qualifications** * Active CRQ (Regional Council of Chemistry) and/or CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) registration; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards; * Familiarity with LIMS and SAP systems; * Understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes; * Knowledge of PNQS (National Quality Award Program) is desirable; * Experience in the sanitation sector (water and wastewater).
