**Responsibilities** · Manage and maintain up-to-date the SGI standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards; · Develop and review quality manuals, work instructions, and procedures, ensuring process standardization and continuous improvement; · Define preventive controls and support the identification and correction of failures in processes, equipment, or devices; · Monitor, track, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from nonconformities or audits; · Prepare and provide documentation and processes for internal and external audits; · Classify and record nonconformities in an electronic system, linking them to the corresponding quality documents and standards; · Monitor the progress of ongoing processes, enforcing deadlines and required documentation; · Propose rationalization of forms and operational workflows, working directly with involved departments; · Develop, monitor, and analyze quality performance indicators; · Prepare management reports based on collected data, supporting decision-making by the Quality Management team; · Provide technical feedback to teams regarding the outcomes of quality assurance activities; · Conduct meetings and training sessions with staff to disseminate the Quality Policy and procedural updates; · Encourage departmental participation in the implementation and updating of quality processes and documents; · Ensure compliance of processes and products with legal, internal, and regulatory requirements; · Strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines established by the Integrated Management System. **Job Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and applicable SGI requirements, nonconformity management, corrective and preventive actions, and Microsoft Office Suite.
