We are seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in civil litigation, focusing on managing judicial and administrative proceedings, including cases before regulatory and consumer protection authorities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drafting procedural documents (petitions, responses, appeals, and other submissions); * Monitoring case progress and meeting procedural deadlines; * Reviewing documents and formulating legal strategies; * Representing clients in administrative proceedings before PROCON, SECONSERVA, and other regulatory bodies; * Preparing reports and tracking portfolio performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Law**, and active **Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)** registration; * Experience handling administrative proceedings before agencies such as PROCON, SECONSERVA, and similar bodies; * Practical experience with consumer rights matters; * Familiarity with **court information systems**, as well as **Excel** and the **Microsoft Office suite**; * Strong legal writing skills, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
