We seek an attorney with solid experience in filing defenses in Civil Courts and strategic involvement in case closure. We are looking for a technically proficient, organized professional with mastery of Rio de Janeiro state court systems.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Drafting defenses in Civil Courts;
* Monitoring procedural progress and managing deadlines;
* Analyzing initial pleadings and defining procedural strategy;
* Handling procedural closing phases;
* Drafting submissions, rebuttals, and other pleadings;
* Updating and maintaining internal legal systems;
* Liaising with internal teams for strategic alignment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Active OAB registration;
* Experience drafting defenses;
* Experience handling procedural closing phases;
* Proficiency in ePROC (RJ), PJe, DCP, and Projuris systems;
* Experience representing medium- and large-sized companies;
* Organized profile with results-oriented mindset;
* Strong legal writing skills and strategic reasoning.
