Specializing in cold and frozen product storage and logistics, AP RIO conducts its activities based on operational excellence, strict adherence to sanitary regulations, and assurance of product integrity under its responsibility. The company values structured processes, traceability, food safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring reliability and high service standards for its clients and partners. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Receiving control:** Inspect refrigerated/frozen products, verify temperature, expiry date, packaging integrity, and record non-conformities. * **Storage monitoring:** Monitor cold room temperatures and ensure organization according to FIFO/FEFO principles, preventing cross-contamination. * **Food quality and safety:** Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and hygiene regulations; support internal and external audits. * **Documentation and traceability:** Maintain up-to-date records, quality reports, and batch-level control as required by law. * **Operational inspections:** Conduct rounds to verify cleanliness, pest control, facility conditions, pallets, and proper functioning of thermal equipment. * **Non-conformance management:** Identify, record, quarantine, and follow up on corrective actions for out-of-specification products. * **Dispatch control:** Verify product and refrigerated vehicle conditions prior to loading. * **Training and guidance:** Support training on hygiene, PPE, and good handling practices. * **Quality Management System:** Assist in maintaining procedures and complying with standards and audits.
