ABOUT THE POSITION: Responsibilities and Duties: * Monitor and support routine processes across departments and ongoing projects, including invoice issuance, value reconciliation, and bank account monitoring; * Act as an internal facilitator for organizing financial/banking and accounting reconciliation routines; * Collaborate with the accounts receivable team, controllership, IT, and business units; * Manage reconciliation aging to ensure timely completion of monthly closings without pending items; * Lead processes and support defining actions, both in monitoring and ensuring effective completion of processes; * Deliver weekly reports and measure benefits derived from work progress; * Map risks and potential obstacles to plan execution, proposing improvements and adjustments to ensure successful implementation and on-time delivery; * Represent the team in meetings and project presentations; monitor ongoing departmental projects and conduct strategic studies to define and deliver future initiatives; Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of financial reconciliation and accounting reconciliation routines, accounts receivable; * Experience using systems (Oracle); * Ability to handle new demands and challenges, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders. We seek someone with experience in: * Prior experience in financial area routines; * Advanced Excel and Power BI; * Analytical, proactive, organized profile; accustomed to working under tight deadlines and possessing strong problem-solving skills; Here, you’ll enjoy flexibility with our hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote). This position is based in Rio de Janeiro.
