ABOUT THE POSITION: Responsibilities and duties* Responsible for monitoring and supporting routine processes across departments and ongoing projects, such as sending billing notices, reconciling amounts, and monitoring bank accounts; * Will act as an internal facilitator organizing financial/banking and accounting reconciliation routines; * Will collaborate with the accounts receivable, controller, IT, and business teams; * Will manage the reconciliation aging control and act to ensure monthly closings are completed without pending items; * Will lead processes and support defining actions both in monitoring and ensuring effective completion of processes; * Will deliver weekly reports and measure benefits from work progress; * Will map risks and potential obstacles to plan execution, proposing improvements and adjustments to ensure successful outcomes and on-time delivery; * Will represent the team in meetings and project presentations; monitoring ongoing departmental projects and conducting strategic studies for future decisions and deliveries; Requirements and qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of financial reconciliation, accounting reconciliation, and accounts receivable routines; * Experience using systems (Oracle); * Ability to handle new demands and challenges, as well as communicate effectively with our stakeholders.
