Management of the entire procurement process, from RFI to draft contract Description: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Procurement experience (service negotiations, e.g., Facilities, IT, logistics providers, physical security, etc.); * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing; * Advanced Excel proficiency. Your responsibilities will include: * Meeting high-/medium-complexity procurement needs by identifying suppliers in domestic and international markets, enhancing new supplier selection processes, negotiating and contracting for optimal cost/benefit ratios aligned with the Company’s quality expectations; * Meeting scheduled procurement deadlines and negotiating priorities with internal clients; * Supporting market supplier inquiries (RFI), standardizing and preparing analyses based on received data; * Establishing and monitoring procurement timelines with relevant stakeholders; * Developing cost composition spreadsheets; * Prospecting suppliers in the market capable of meeting the scope; * Ensuring transparency and fairness in procurement processes through accurate documentation of all process-related information; * Standardizing high-/medium-complexity commercial proposals; * Defining optimal negotiation strategies based on collected information; * Leading negotiation meetings and drafting meeting minutes; * Referencing costs from prior procurements, updated using economic indices; * Presenting procurement outcomes to the Procurement Manager and Executive Management; * Drafting contractual documents with Legal Department support; * Anticipating internal client demands through proactive management of contract expirations per category. 251225020249581671
