We are looking for an analytical and investigative professional to safeguard and ensure the integrity of the company's revenue. This role plays a strategic part in identifying systemic failures, mitigating financial losses, and reinforcing internal controls across the entire billing cycle. You will work in a data-driven environment with strong interaction among business, technology, and finance teams, directly contributing to continuous process improvement and financial information reliability. **Responsibilities and Duties** Map the revenue cycle from customer acquisition through billing and accounting. Evaluate customer requests related to billing discrepancies. Validate contractual information, system records, and operational evidence. Identify root causes of discrepancies. Conduct data audits involving large volumes of information. Ensure analyses comply with contracts, internal policies, and applicable regulations. Mitigate financial and legal risks arising from improper billing. Formalize analyses clearly, objectively, and with documented support.
