We seek individuals with sales experience who identify with the sporty lifestyle universe, thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate effectively, and build empathy with customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for customer service and the entire service journey, with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction. Maintain store environment organization and product display standards. Interest in learning and deepening knowledge about product history to better serve customers. Perform store-related tasks under the guidance and alignment of the manager. Collaboration and empathy with the team are essential for us! :) **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Preferred: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree Basic Office suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and/or familiarity with Google tools Strong verbal communication skills **Additional Information** Transportation allowance Meal allowance Quarterly bonus Compensation: Base salary + commission Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (with one Saturday and Sunday off every two months) Freedom to be yourself!
