**External Sales Representative \- Glass Curtain Wall \- Commission-Based \- Taquara \- 2 Positions** Human Resources Consulting firm selects candidates for a company in the glass installation industry. **Position:** External Sales Representative **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) / MEI **Number of Positions:** 2 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Respond to received leads and proactively prospect new clients, primarily through networking and social media; Perform on-site measurements using tape measures and other basic instruments to collect dimensions; Prepare customized quotations based on collected measurements; Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing; Keep the CRM updated and conduct follow-ups with clients; Lead negotiations with a focus on results and optimal customer experience. **Preferred Education and Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in external sales; Ability to engage premium clientele and deliver consultative sales; Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and CRM systems; Organizational skills and discipline for commercial routines; Availability for field work; Own car or motorcycle for client visits and transportation. Experience in the glass installation, construction, or civil engineering sectors is a plus; Experience in taking measurements and technical knowledge of the product is a plus; Experience selling funeral, health, or dental plans is a plus; Experience in external sales for independent contractors (PJ) is a plus. **Work Arrangement:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Taquara **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Working Hours:** To be determined **Salary:** 6% commission on sales **Additional Information:** Autonomy; Initiative; Availability and absence of restrictions for visiting construction sites.
