Opportunity to structure and monitor quality indicators **About the Area:** The Quality area is responsible for ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to operational standards in the validation processes of Signatures and Powers of Attorney, guaranteeing the proper formalization of financial instruments signed with BTG Pactual. We operate cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and business areas, promoting operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement — always focused on a secure, agile, and efficient customer experience. **Your Day-to-Day:** * Conduct quality audits and reviews of Signature and Power of Attorney validation processes and financial instrument formalization; * Assess adherence to internal policies, Compliance regulations, and applicable laws, identifying deviations and operational risks; * Analyze corporate documents, shareholding structures, and banking contracts from a quality and compliance perspective; * Structure and monitor quality, productivity, and efficiency indicators (KPIs and SLAs); * Prepare analytical quality reports, identifying root causes, trends, and action plans; * Support process standardization, operational controls, and documentation; * Support continuous improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives; * Lead alignment sessions with internal areas and external partners to address failures, recurrences, and improvement opportunities; * Deliver training and disseminate operational best practices. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience or knowledge in analyzing corporate documentation and banking contracts; * Strong command of managerial controls, metrics, indicators, and data analysis; * Knowledge of financial instruments and banking processes; * Analytical, critical mindset with focus on quality and risk mitigation; * Communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments; * Ability to identify problems, propose structured solutions, and track execution; * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively; * Fluent English; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Differentiators (optional but recommended for Quality roles):** * Prior experience in Quality, Auditing, Operational Risk, or Compliance; * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.); * Knowledge of Workforce Management, capacity analysis, or SLA monitoring; * Experience with control automation and dashboard development. **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Childcare/Babysitting Assistance; * Transportation Voucher; * WellHub; * TotalPass; * Employee Assistance Program (EAP); * Voluntary Plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Discount; * Nutrition Program; * Pregnancy Program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave – Citizen Company
