We are looking for an **Associate Attorney – Consumer Law** to join our team and contribute your expertise. The role involves both litigation and advisory work under an associate arrangement. **Come innovate with us and become part of a team that values agility, diversity, and excellence.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drafting responses, rebuttals, appeals, and other procedural submissions; * Handling cases before the **Special Civil Courts (JEC)** and **Civil Courts**; * Analyzing cases, defining defense strategies, and monitoring proceedings; * Meeting procedural deadlines with a high level of technical quality; * Updating legal management systems and preparing reports when required. * Law degree with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Proven experience drafting **defenses and procedural submissions** before the **Special Civil Courts (JEC)** and **Civil Courts**; * Knowledge of high-volume civil litigation; * Strong legal writing skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Ability to work with targets and manage deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Law degree and active registration at the OAB. * Excellent legal writing and argumentation skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. * Experience in high-volume law firms. * Strong organizational skills. * Experience with case management systems (e.g., Projuris or similar); * Familiarity with electronic court systems (e.g., PJe, eproc, DCP, e\-SAJ, among others). **Additional Information** Founded in 1947, **Fragata e Antunes Advogados Associados** has built a solid trajectory in Brazilian law.
