Learn more about Galapagos: http://galapagoscapital.com/ **Responsibilities and duties** **What will you do daily?** * Manage and execute payments for personal and corporate expenses, including bills, invoices, taxes, fees, reimbursements, salaries/allowances, among others; * Coordinate payments to service providers, suppliers, accountants, and consultants, ensuring proper tax withholding when applicable; * Record invoices, receipts, and payment proofs in our financial management system, keeping records updated for both paid items and long-term forecasts; * Monitor and control financial obligations related to real estate (rent, condominiums, construction) and vehicles (licensing, insurance, maintenance); * Ensure all operations follow best practices in security and compliance, maintaining organized documentation ready for audits; * Assist in preparing financial reports, cash flow statements, and monthly consolidated reports to support decision-making; * Issue, organize, and archive certificates, payment proofs, and other financial documents systematically. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you** * Technical or higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in accounts payable, treasury, or controller functions; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate to advanced level in Excel; * Familiarity with financial management systems (ERPs); * Analytical mindset, extremely organized, with strong attention to detail; * Discreet attitude and ability to handle confidential information; * Prior experience in family offices or financial management for high-net-worth individuals/legal entities; * Knowledge in automating financial processes. **Additional information** **Benefits** * Fixed salary; * Company-specific PLR (Profit Sharing); * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance and food voucher; * Transportation allowance.
