Here, every process is infused with love and great dedication!** **US Group**, responsible for the brands Lofty Style and Seja, wants you on our team! ***The Apprenticeship Program enables the development of customer service and work techniques in the field, ensuring apprentices receive both theoretical and practical learning content for their personal development and professional qualification, facilitating entry into the formal job market***. **What the apprentice will do:** * Assist in customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction during each store visit; * Assist in store organization, ensuring all products are displayed neatly and attractively; * Assist in folding clothes and stocking products on shelves; * Support the sales team whenever necessary; * Assist in packaging products and accessories. **Requirements:** * Be between 16 and 24 years old; * Currently enrolled in high school or higher education; * **This must be your first job;** * **Be available to work afternoons — from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break;** * One day per week will be dedicated to in-person classes at the educational institution; * **Be willing to gain your first professional experience in a shopping mall.** **What we offer:** Monthly Salary: R$ 954.00 Fixed Flexible Benefit: R$ 350.00 Transportation Allowance Star Bem Telemedicine Dental Plan – Porto Seguro College Discounts Gym Discounts 30% discount on our products Dress Code Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
