Focus on presentation standards and food safety We are hiring for an ice cream parlor, bakery, and confectionery located in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. Gastronomy is of excellence, well-crafted and delicate. This position is for a gelato maker with at least 2 years of experience who can work in the South Zone. Prepare and design the gelato menu, ensuring compliance with required presentation and food safety standards. Prepare the day's gelatos and frozen cakes according to daily demand. Food Handling Certificate and Good Manufacturing Practices training. Strong knowledge of various food preparation techniques, cutting methods, and cooking processes. Proven work experience documented in employment record book (CTPS) is required. **SALARY \- We are reviewing candidates' salary expectations; however, the base salary range is R$2300\-2800\. Additionally, a monthly bonus of R$200 is offered for perfect attendance and punctuality.** Benefits: Medical and dental assistance (available after probation period).
