Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet. **Partner with the best** In this role, you will be accountable for developing and deploying standardized maintenance processes, driving reliability improvements, and building long\-term asset strategies in collaboration with site maintenance leadership teams. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, improved equipment performance, and sustainable productivity across all FPS facilities. As a Maintenance \& Asset Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for: * Developing and implement standardized maintenance processes, roles, and KPIs across all FPS sites. * Leading reliability improvement initiatives, including RCA, RCM, preventive/predictive programs, and elimination of chronic losses. * Creating medium\- and long\-term asset modernization and replacement plans aligned with business needs. * Reducing unplanned downtime by improving maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance effectiveness * Coaching and developing site\-level maintenance teams in reliability tools, maintenance planning, and asset care standards. * Promoting a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and proactive asset management. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: * Have higher education in in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Have 7\+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or energy environment. * Have solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability\-centered maintenance. * Have experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning \& scheduling. * Have strategic mindset with the ability to influence without authority. * Have advanced leadership, communication, and change management skills **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
