We are looking for a qualified professional to join our team as a **Grinder**. If you have experience operating machining equipment and seek a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities, this position may be right for you! **Available Shifts:** * 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Perform **grinding and deburring operations** on machined parts, ensuring finish quality and compliance with technical standards; * **Prepare and adjust** grinding tools and equipment according to material type and drawing specifications; * **Remove burrs, impurities, and imperfections** from metal parts using grinders, sanders, or manual tools; * **Visually inspect** parts after grinding to ensure quality and finish; * Support the **welding and machining departments** in auxiliary tasks related to part preparation and finishing; * Maintain **equipment, tools, and workplace** in good condition; * Comply with company **safety, quality, and environmental standards**. **Requirements:** * **Prior experience** as a grinder, deburrer, or in similar roles within machining, boiler-making, or metallurgical companies; * **Knowledge of electric and pneumatic tools** (e.g., grinders, sanders, deburring tools); * Basic ability to **read and interpret technical drawings**; * Familiarity with **surface finishing and dimensional tolerances**; * Commitment, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines and quality; * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Vocational training in mechanics, machining, or welding; * Knowledge of **machining and mechanical assembly processes**; * Experience in **precision part grinding**. **Benefits:** * On-site meal * Transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time CLT, Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance
