Requirements:
❗ **Your key responsibilities will be:**
* Taking on a technical leadership role in developing and evolving web applications, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and scalability;
* Defining robust solutions and architectures, supporting the team in making technical decisions and transforming business requirements into consistent deliverables;
* Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to validate concepts, anticipate risks, and propose more efficient approaches;
* Establishing, implementing, and promoting engineering best practices, maintaining alignment with coding standards, quality, and security;
* Conducting in-depth code reviews, mentoring team developers, and contributing to collective technical growth;
* Monitoring critical platform metrics, leading diagnostics and resolution of highly complex issues;
* Leading continuous optimization and evolution initiatives—identifying opportunities and proposing improvements to enhance application stability and performance;
* Contributing to the area’s technical vision, influencing roadmap, standards, and internal processes.
❗**Must-have qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience);
* 5+ years of experience in Fullstack Web Development, with proven involvement in highly complex projects;
* Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript;
* In-depth knowledge of web application architecture, including SSR, SSG, and modern frontend patterns;
* Solid experience with REST and GraphQL APIs;
* Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL);
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control practices (Git/GitHub/GitLab);
* Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and quality best practices).
**❗ Bonus points if you also have:**
* Experience with monorepos and multi-package management;
* Knowledge of MVVM architecture;
* Experience with observability tools (Datadog, PostHog, Grafana);
* Experience with design systems, UI libraries, and styling (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, shadcn/ui);
* Advanced knowledge of web security and OWASP;
* Prior experience with educational platforms or products.
