Requirements: ❗ **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Actively participate in the development and maintenance of web applications, ensuring quality, performance, and usability; * Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions; * Implement and maintain software development best practices, ensuring compliance with the team’s coding standards; * Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring collective team growth; * Monitor and analyze platform metrics, participating in identifying and resolving performance issues; * Proactively optimize features, always pursuing continuous improvement of applications. ❗**Must-haves:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent proven experience); * \+5 years of experience in full-stack web development; Solid experience with Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript; * Strong knowledge of web application architecture, SSR (Server\-Side Rendering), and SSG (Static Site Generation); * Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs; * Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); * Experience with CI/CD and code versioning (Git/GitHub/GitLab); * Experience with automated testing (unit and integration). **❗Nice-to-haves:** * Experience with monorepos; * Knowledge of MVVM architecture; * Experience with observability tools (Datadog, PostHog, Grafana); * Experience with design systems and UI libraries (TailwindCSS, Material UI, shadcn/ui); * Knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP); * Experience in educational software.
