Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading and supervising the cleaning team, ensuring efficient task execution and proper maintenance of all areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and supervision of cleaning staff 2. Development of work plans and schedules 3. Inventory monitoring and effective communication * Guide, motivate, and supervise the cleaning team by assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring overall performance. * Develop work plans and schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained properly. Distribute team responsibilities efficiently and coordinate daily activities. * Promote a safe and collaborative work environment. * Identify team training needs and provide appropriate guidance to enhance team members' skills and knowledge. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and ensure supplies are available to the team. * Maintain clear and open communication with management, other departments, and the cleaning team to ensure effective cooperation and prompt problem resolution. Requirements: * Prior experience in a cleaning supervision role or similar position. * Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate the team. * Flexible working hours to handle emergencies or operational requirements.
