Strategic position focused on results and indicator control **Billing Analyst** Jano Clinic seeks an experienced and analytical professional to assume the role of Billing Analyst, acting as the owner of the clinic's revenue process. The professional will be responsible for ensuring full conversion of clinical production into effective billing and collections, guaranteeing governance over the entire revenue cycle—from procedure authorization through to accounting of received amounts. This is a strategic position requiring direct integration among clinical operations, the finance department, and accounting, with a focus on results, indicator control, and elimination of revenue leakage. **Requirements** Academic Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Health Sciences, or related fields; * Specialized courses in Hospital Billing, TISS, or Health Plan Management are preferred. Experience and Technical Knowledge: * Prior experience in billing for clinics, hospitals, or health insurance operators (mandatory requirement); * Solid knowledge of the TISS standard and procedure authorization rules; * Familiarity with billing rules, fee schedules, and processes of major health plans (e.g., Unimed, Bradesco Saúde, SulAmérica, Amil); * Experience in financial reconciliations and analysis of payment statements; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, billing systems, and healthcare ERP systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in mid-sized multi-specialty clinics; * Knowledge of TUSS and AMB/CBHPm fee schedules; * Experience in internal medical claim auditing; * Experience with healthcare management systems (e.g., MV, Tasy, ClinicWeb, Nuvemm, or similar); * Participation in implementation or improvement of billing processes.
