Support the administrative department in its various activities, such as: preparing hospital admission certificates; covers for medical reports; copying medical records; document scanning; telephone support; and in-person assistance. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the control and organization of occupational health and safety documents (e.g., ASO, PPE records, inspection reports, training records, Risk Assessment Program [PGR], Occupational Health Program [PCMSO], etc.). * Assist in scheduling occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, termination, and return-to-work exams). * Update spreadsheets and control systems related to the area. * Support the organization of internal health and safety campaigns (e.g., SIPAT, vaccination campaigns, mental health initiatives, accident prevention). * Assist in the distribution and tracking of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Support the organization of mandatory training sessions and attendance lists. * Accompany internal safety inspections when authorized. * Provide administrative support to SESMT routines. * Ensure confidentiality of medical and occupational information. **Requirements and qualifications** * Be between 18 and 22 years old; * Have completed high school; * Basic Office suite proficiency (especially Excel and Word); * Interest in Occupational Safety, Occupational Nursing, or Human Resource Management. **Additional information** * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; Founded in 2022, ViV emerged from the collaboration of leading institutions specializing in **mental health**, aiming to build an integrated care network spanning **low to high complexity**.
