Reservation Assistant

We are seeking a **Reservation and Guest Service Assistant** to ensure an exceptional guest experience from the first contact through post-stay. If you are organized, communicative, proactive, and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity is for you! **Job Objective** Serve guests and manage reservations via major short-term rental platforms, ensuring customers’ needs are met efficiently, attentively, and excellently. ️ **Key Responsibilities** Perform administrative and operational tasks independently, including resolving emergency issues. Master and carry out all activities performed by interns. Update and control the daily operational spreadsheet. Open and monitor service orders to resolve requests. Take responsibility for mediating emergency issues with guests. Organize and delegate team tasks as needed. Generate shift closing reports. Conduct daily review of the operational schedule. Monitor and modify reservations (when authorized). Issue authorizations per internal procedures. Complete guest reviews within 48 hours after check-out. Enter new reservations into the check-in/check-out planning schedule. Monitor tickets and resolution groups alongside the operations team to address guest-reported issues. Requirements Preferred education in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration; Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hotel reception; Intermediate or advanced English; Organization, strong communication skills, systemic thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset. **Working Hours** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM | 12x36 rotating schedule **Location:** Copacabana About the Company A company specializing in short-term rental management.
