Ensure communication coverage while complying with established policies. Analyze campaign performance and share results and learnings. Responsible for deactivating campaigns due to strategic realignment, squad performance, or recommendations from the Policies or Planning teams. Approve campaign audiences in coordination with Segments/Products. Participate in containment rooms. *Job Description:* * Responsible for developing Business Banking’s digital CRM strategies. Serve as the interface among Segments, Communications, Factory, Channels, Data, and Telemetry during *agile* ceremonies, ensuring adherence to current policies and a customer-centric perspective; * Monitor and measure campaign results, ensuring strong campaign performance and linking CRM’s contribution to OKR achievement and output; * Structure and execute relevant analyses to generate actionable insights for decision-making. ***For this role, we value:*** Technical Requirements: * Programming language and database (SQL/Python/Lake); * Experience in campaign creation – Preferred: IBM and Adobe; * Knowledge of data feasibility, manipulation, and analysis; * Advanced Excel.
