Job Summary: Architecture internship to assist in project approval, real estate product development, and common area setup. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in project approval and urban licensing 2. Assist in the development of real estate products and specifications 3. Interface with various teams (projects, engineering, marketing, sales) ***Field of Activity: Real Estate Development and Product*** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in project approval processes and relevant documentation for urban licensing with municipal public agencies; * Assist in real estate product development through analysis of architectural and interior design projects, finishing specifications, preparation of descriptive memos, and supervision of sales imagery and floor plan development. * Assist in setting up and delivering common/recreational areas of residential developments. * Interface with executive project, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Architecture (5th to 10th semester) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite * Must reside in Niterói or São Gonçalo * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday – 30 hours per week * Location: Icaraí – Niterói Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: starting from R$1.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
