




We are seeking a **Web Systems Project Analyst (Webmaster)** with a technical background and focus on **user support and web system quality**. This professional will ensure the proper functioning, stability, and performance of systems under the responsibility of the Management, supporting both infrastructure and users across EP units. Higher education Required qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; or Computer Science; or Statistics. A postgraduate degree in Data Science will be an advantage. Provide technical support for installation and configuration of systems under the responsibility of the Management and databases for courses and presentations on notebooks or meeting rooms; Execute tests and administer users of systems under the responsibility of the Management for all EP units (registration and profile changes); Attend to and record requests from users of systems under the responsibility of the Management, and provide support for user inquiries regarding these systems during business days (Monday to Friday); Generate monthly usage statistics for systems under the responsibility of the Management; Provide technical support for the infrastructure of systems under the responsibility of the Management (monitoring and updating programs and data, disk issues, operating systems, backups, etc.); Administer users of systems under the responsibility of the Management for all EP units (registration and profile changes); Migrate directional data from the Engineering database to the Geology database upon request (both part of BDIEP); Monitor the infrastructure environment (Unix and web) and services of systems under the responsibility of the Management; Support the development of systems under the responsibility of the Management regarding software, hardware, and operating systems; Maintain and improve the infrastructure of systems under the responsibility of the Management (developing scripts and jobs); Generate versions of systems under the responsibility of the Management for testing, approval, and production; Perform other activities necessary for service execution.
