We are looking for a **Mid-Level Retail Design Analyst** to join our team. If you are organized, dynamic, and committed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in physical stores and/or points of sale (POS) across the group.
* Create graphic materials and layouts for campaigns, window displays, and store environments.
* Ensure standardization of the brand’s visual identity across all points of sale.
* Plan and oversee the setup of window displays and product exhibitions.
* Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
* Analyze VM performance metrics (foot traffic, conversion, sell-out) and propose improvements.
* Manage suppliers and production of visual communication materials.
* Adapt campaigns according to seasonality, product launches, and promotional activities.
* Monitor design trends, consumer behavior, retail practices, and market developments.
* Create support materials for retail store renovation and new store openings in Brazil and internationally.
* Develop materials for institutional and retail marketing events.
* Develop and analyze stationery, promotional items, and accessories.
* Provide support to stores on matters related to the department.
* Develop scenic design projects for POS aimed at creating new consumer experiences.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Scenography, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
* Retail experience preferred.
* Experience in production and/or creation of materials.
* Basic knowledge of visual composition, layout, color theory, typography, and customer experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
