**Job Summary**
The Audiovisual Technician will be responsible for operating and ensuring the full technical execution of live streams within the studio, guaranteeing professional-quality audio, video, lighting, and live transmission. They are directly responsible for technical operations during live streams, supporting creators, merchants, and internal teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted broadcasts.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and live streaming platforms during live streams
* Prepare the technical setup prior to broadcasts (audio, video, internet, and lighting tests)
* Monitor live stream quality in real time
* Support creators and merchants with basic technical needs
* Resolve technical issues rapidly during broadcasts
* End live streams, organize equipment, and prepare the studio for the next session
* Perform daily checklists and support preventive maintenance
* Manage technical inventory and report replenishment needs
* Collaborate closely with Studio Customer Support, Head of Studios, and Content Production
**Profile and Competencies**
* Technical education in Audiovisual, Radio and TV, Cinema, Audiovisual Production, or related fields
* Experience in technical operation of audio and video
* Experience with live streaming, streaming platforms, events, or studios (preferred)
* Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio systems
* Familiarity with live streaming platforms and studio technical organization
* Organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and hands-on attitude
