Diagnosis and resolution of failures in electromechanical equipment The Specialized Maintenance Officer II is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on complex electromechanical and air-conditioning systems and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe facility operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems such as motors, pumps, generators, and automated systems, in accordance with established procedures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, fan coils, exhaust fans, self\-contained (selcontainer), cooling towers, fan coil units (FCU), air handling units (AHU/AHUs), split systems, and other air-conditioning equipment, ensuring thermal performance and indoor air quality according to design parameters. * Diagnose and resolve failures in electromechanical and air-conditioning equipment, replacing damaged components and making necessary adjustments to ensure proper functionality. * Conduct tests and measurements on systems and equipment to verify operational efficiency and safety, using appropriate tools and instruments, including manifolds, vacuum gauges, refrigerant gas detectors, and multimeters. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in electromechanical maintenance and/or complex HVAC systems, with advanced knowledge of electromechanical and air-conditioning equipment.
